Corrections and right of reply
We publish signals with sources, not conclusions about people's honesty. When something is wrong, out of date or about a different company, we want to fix it quickly.
Last reviewed .
Who can request a correction
Anyone: the operator named, a traveller, or a third party who can show the record is inaccurate.
What to send
- The exact business name as it appeared in the result
- The specific statement you say is inaccurate
- The evidence — licence certificate, registration record, correspondence or public record
- Your name, role and a contact email
What we do
We re-read the live sources, compare them with your evidence, and either correct the record, add your reply alongside it, or explain why the material stands with its source cited.
We aim to acknowledge within two working days and resolve within five. Impersonation reports are treated as urgent.
Where evidence is thin or single-sourced, we remove the material from search indexing rather than leave a weak claim published.
Where to send it
Email gosafariverify@gmail.com with 'Correction' in the subject line. This inbox is monitored by a person, not an autoresponder.
